BlueDial.com Dropshipper/Reseller Terms


Whether you are a web site retailer or eBay merchant, Bluedial.com will ship directly to your customers under your company name. You would gain access to our watch inventory, at WHOLESALE prices.

Shipping/Arrival Time

  • Bluedial.com only ships products in the United States.
  • All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Exception: orders shipping to APO/AFO will ship via USPS Insured Mail.
  • Bluedial.com will supply a UPS tracking number for every order that has been shipped UPS. Each day, you will receive an automated email indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.
  • Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 14:00 Pacific time. Therefore, most of your customer's orders should be received within 1-7 business days from the time that you place your order. It will depend on the shipping method you have chosen.

    Payment/Credit

    1) Credit card: we accept all major credit cards. There is an area on our site whereby you can give us your credit card information to use for all of your drop ship orders.

    2) We accept Pay Pal

    3) We accept Money orders and Cashier checks.

    Inventory is updated daily with new products added every day. Consequently, products are taken out of our inventory when they are no longer available. Therefore, to minimize the likelihood of any out of stocks, we recommend that our drop shippers update their inventory daily.

    Fraudulent Orders

    Bluedial.com is not responsible for fraudulent drop ship orders. It is the responsibility of our DropShipper to verify all order information.



    Orders Not Received

    Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Bluedial.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit our drop shipper. We will pursue a claim with UPS on behalf of the drop shipper that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit the drop shippers' account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.


    Taxes

    It is the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge state tax for any package that is being shipped to the state to which they are based. It is also the responsibility of the drop shipper to charge NV State tax to any package of theirs that is being shipped to NV because Bluedial.com is a NV based company.

    Out of Stock Items

    If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. It is your responsibility to contact and credit your customer.
